Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the on-line system of this web page. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

Authors will be notified by email no later than May 5, 2026, whether their abstracts have been accepted or rejected.

The Scientific Committee of WOLTE2026 will determine whether the abstract is accepted as an oral or a poster presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.

Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants. Registration must be received by the Secretariat by May 12, 2026, to ensure your abstract is included in the abstract booklet and is scheduled for presentation.
One submission is included in each Registration. Additional submissions undergo a 100$ fee each.

Submission of an abstract is considered as acceptance for the abstract to be published in the conference abstract book online.

Disclosure of financial relationships that the author(s) may have with the manufacturer/supplier of any commercial products or services related to the work, should be indicated.

The maximum number of pages for abstract submission is 1. All abstracts should be submitted following the WOLTE Abstract Template. Please ensure you convert your paper into a PDF prior to submitting your work to EDAS.

Draft abstracts

The online submission form allows you to make changes to your abstract before the submission deadline i.e., April 21st, 2026. Once you have completed the form for the first time, you will be able to access your abstract online and make any necessary changes up to the deadline.

All abstract submissions must be completed through the EDAS website.
Each submitting author must have an EDAS account (with username and password). If you don’t have an EDAS account, please complete the steps illustrated in “Author EDAS Registration” below. If you already have it, log in to EDAS and follow directly the “Submission of Abstract instructions” below.

Author EDAS Registration

  1. If you do not have an account, please visit the Submission Portal and click the link to create a new account.
  2. Create your profile. Only the five fields with the red asterisk are required. Please note that it is very important that your name and affiliation associated with your EDAS account are correct and match the name and affiliation that will be listed on your paper. These fields are: first & last name, affiliation (company or organization), country, e-mail address, and status. When the fields are filled in, check the Privacy Policies box and click the Add Person button. [note: if you select USA as the country, you will get a message asking for your state]
  3. You will receive an e-mail containing your password. Your email address and the given password must later be used to access the system during the following steps, so be careful to remember it.
  4. You can then return to the EDAS log-in page and change your assigned password to one that is easier to remember. To do this, click on the My Profile tab, and then click on change your password. Be sure to record your username, password, and ID number for later reference.
